The option to automate stickers is in your main menu under Options>Settings>Sticker Settings.

Automated stickers are sent when a student's lesson is completed. There are three settings: the first setting, Auto Stickers, determines how many stickers are sent when the conditions in the other two settings are met. If it's set to off, no stickers will be sent automatically no matter what the other options are set to. The Sticker Progress Required setting determines whether a lesson needs to be 100% completed before stickers are sent. This overrides the Sticker Score Required setting which controls the score threshold that must be met to trigger stickers. If Sticker Progress Required is on, stickers won't be set even if the lesson score meets the score required.
